Italian Herbs & Parmesan Oven Roasted Carrots

Another recipe for today is Italian vegetable dish and using one of my fave veggie; carrots.
I love carrots because it's healthy, nutritious and contain vitamin A, the taste is sweet and can be roasted, fried, steamed, blanched, sauteed etc.
This recipe is so simple, easy to make and consists of 5 ingredients. I'm using organic baby carrots and add fresh basil for garnish.

The ingredients consist of 7 baby carrots, Italian Herbs seasoning, salt, olive oil and grated parmesan cheese.
Preheat the oven at 400F (204 C). Trimmed the top of carrot and peeled its skin using peeler. Set aside.

Placed carrots in a baking sheet (greased first with cooking spray) and drizzled with olive oil in one side, then flipped the carrots until all sides is covered with olive oil.

Sprinkled with Italian Herbs seasoning in one side of carrots.

Sprinkled with salt.

Baked in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Took off the carrots and sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese. Then, baked again for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Served warm and garnish with fresh basil.

I love this dish, sweet, salty, rustic, earthy and perfect texture of crunchyness, so fresh and yum!! Hopes you like my recipe. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
7 pcs baby carrots, trimmed and peeled its skin using peeler

1 tsp Italian Herbs seasoning
1 tsp salt
2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
fresh basil for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven at 400F (204 C). Trimmed the top of carrot and peeled its skin using peeler. Set aside.

3. Sprinkled with Italian Herbs seasoning in one side of carrots and continue sprinkled with salt.
4. Baked carrots in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
5. Took off the carrots and sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese. Then, baked again for 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Served warm and garnish with fresh basil.
