LUNCH AT PAULA'S KITCHEN 

I'm just an ordinary woman, not a professional chef and learning everything by myself from watching cooking show in Food Network Channel from my country, Indonesia.

 

Firstly, I just cook something simple and ordinary recipe, especially asking my mom and searching recipe from the internet. Later on, I challenge myself to cook western and Italian dishes according to my husband's fave.

Bobby Flay, Ree Drummond, Giada de Laurentiss, Donal Skehan, Kiran Jethwa, Gordon Ramsay and Guy Fieri; all of them is my inspirational chef. I learn cooking technique and recook recipe from them.

I'm also still learning of food photography by reading from book and using my smart phone as my tool, hopes I can learn food photography from my DSLR camera in the future.
