Hi everyone!!

Today's recipe is inspired from my current favorite TV Cooking Show; Dinner at Tiffani's

I love her show; she gives lots of simple recipes which are delicious, easy to make, basic recipe and contain simple ingredients.

I love green veggies, it's healthy, contains lots of fiber, mineral and zinc. Today's recipe is using green beans; it's sweet, crunchy and perfect for blanching or sauteed, but remember that veggies are so quick to be cooked so don't take too long to prevent any vitamins are wasted.

The ingredients are 1 bunch fresh green beans (trimmed the edges), 5 cloves garlic, 1 liter water to blanch, a pinch of salt, vegetarian oyster sauce, low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and white pepper and also 1 cup vegetable oil. Let's begin!!

First of all, bring to boil 1 liter water in a large pot over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and blanched green beans for 3 minutes until the color changes brightly.

Drained green beans and immediately put it into ice water (I'm using very cold water) to stop the cooking process.

Rinsed it and set aside. (make sure that the water is totally drained so green beans won't soggy)

Next is making crispy fried garlic. Minced 5 cloves garlic and heat 1 cup vegetable oil in a small sauce pan over low heat.

Fried minced garlic until golden brown and crispy with low heat.

Drained crispy garlic with kitchen paper and set aside.

Then, mixed 2 tbs vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbs low sodium soy sauce, 1/4 tsp white pepper and 2 tsp sugar, mixed until well incorporated and the sugar is dissolved. Pour the sauce into the green beans and toss it until completely covered by its sauce.

Served green beans with sprinkled of crispy garlic. It's sweet, salty, crunchy, not soggy, a little bit bitter from crispy garlic, just a perfect balance and so yum!!! Enjoy!!
