My in-laws have a giant mango tree at their backyard and every twice in a year we can enjoy sweet, fresh and juicy mango directly from its tree for free lol
My mother-in-law always delivers unpeeled and sliced mango in a lunch box so I can directly eat it after going home from work. Usually, I used to eat just like that, as a dessert or having dinner only with mango. But, I want to make something different, something cool dessert and after searching it in google, I found one simple recipe from https://www.missinformationblog.com/mango-popsicles-recipe/?m which only consists of 3 ingredients; frozen mango, sugar and lemon juice. In the original recipe, it's for 6 popsicles but depends on how many mango I use, I only make 5 popsicles.

I frozen 3 mangoes for 2 days in a tight lunch box (or sealed plastic bag) in freezer; unpeeled and sliced. Then, before put in the food processor, chopped those frozen mangoes so those will be blended easier.

Then, add 2 tbs sugar (in the original recipe is suggested to add more sugar depends on level of sweetness from the mango, but I didn't add more because my mango was already sweet enough)

The last is adding 1 tsp lemon juice from one third of lemon (sliced near the edge of lemon)

And just blitz all ingredients in the food processor until smooth and no chunks left behind. The texture will be creamy and a little bit thick but don't worry, it just the perfect texture.

Prepare popsicles molds and pour the liquid in each mold using spoon. Tap the mold for couple of times to prevent any air or bubbles in the mold.

Keep mango popsicles in the freezer within 2-4 hours until firm enough.

Enjoy your mango popsicles during hot weather in the afternoon as dessert. Enjoy!!

This mango popsicle is so smooth, creamy like sorbet and perfectly balance sweet (not too sweet from sugar but sweetness from the mango itself). Hopes you like my remake!!
